
Ever the consumate therapist, Ms. Sarabia holds a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling from NY University, Masters degree in Acupuncture and Asian Medicine from the NY College of TCM and coaching certifications from Erickson Coaching International and Group Coaching HQ.
In 2002 Yamil Sarabia founded Healthy Living Therapeutics, a holistic health practice offering Acupuncture, CranioSacral therapy, massage therapy, Yoga and Meditation, Aromatherapy, Tuning Fork Sound therapy and reflexology. In 2019 she established Sarabia Holistic and in 2023 began her psychotherapy practice along with coaching.
Ms. Sarabia is passionate about helping people, and is dedicated to continually learning modalities of interest and tuning in to current research. Ms. Sarabia loves music of many genres, dancing, nature, Tai Chi, Yoga, bike riding, stand up comedy and personal development. She considers herself as easy going, and notes that many people whom she meets say she is "an interesting person".
